    • On-Premises Licence

      A number of different types of liquor licences have now been merged into the On-Premises Licence, such as;

      • On-Premises Licence (Restaurant)
        Allows for the sale of liquor for the consumption on the premises with the consumption of food.
      • On-Premises Licence (Restaurant) with a Primary Service Authorisation
        This type of licence allows for the sale of liquor for the consumption on the premises with or without food.
      • On-Premises Licence (Public Entertainment Venue)
        Sale of liquor for consumption on the premises with entertainment.
      • On-Premises Licence (Motel, Vessel, Theatre, Cinema)
        Sale of liquor for On-Premises consumption with some other good or service.
